Design Indaba Emerging Creatives Applications Are Open For 2019

This is a call to all young South Africans using their love for all things creative to build businesses and create sustainable design. Since 2005, the Department of Arts & Culture and Design Indaba have been empowering emerging creatives, offering them a platform and also helping to open doors for them into the industry. Our finalists have proven, over the years, that they have what is required to take South Africa’s economy forward. Entries for the 2019 programme are now open for the next intake. Design Indaba is looking for 40 finalists to exhibit their work at Design Indaba Festival in Cape Town. They will get the opportunity to not only exhibit their work with Design Indaba but to also be part of major networking opportunities that will place their brand and image in front of industry greats at the Design Indaba Festival in 2019. In addition to the 40, a selection of finalists will be chosen to exhibit in Johannesburg at the Design Indaba Simulcast venue.
