Davido, Diamond, Goldfish And More Nominated For MTV EMA 2014 'Best African Act'

The nominees for the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA) have been announced and for team Africa, the Best African Act category features, Davido (Nigeria), Diamond (Tanzania), Goldfish (South Africa) and Toofan (Togo).

But that's not it, according to MTV ZA, the following gifted artists will be battling it out in this HOTLY contested category.
In addition, MTV is putting an EMA nomination in the hands of the fans via social media, for the first time ever, so all you music lovers out there have the power to help select the FIFTH NOMINEE for Best African Act! The “2014 MTV EMA” will broadcast LIVE on MTV Channel 130 on Sunday 9 November at 22:00 CAT from The Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland (pre-show from 21:00 CAT).
