Another young African’s dream is
about to become a reality as the MTV Base VJ Search kick starts. MTV
Base is back at it again. One of Africa’s coolest television
station is in search of the next talented VJ/TV presenter. Auditions
will be held in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg on the following
dates and venues:
Cape Town - Saturday, 14th July 2012 at
Cape Gate
Durban - Saturday, 14th July 2012
at Gateway Theater Shopping
Johannesburg - Saturday, 21st July 2012
at Viacom International Media Networks Africa.
The most suitable candidate will be
expected to interview celebrities, MC-ing and traveling the globe
like no body’s business and so forth. This is any aspiring TV
presenter’s (in their right mind) dream; the most sought after job
in the entertainment industry. Can you imagine the perks that come
along with such a mega job?!
The panel of judges will include radio
and TV personality Azania Mosaka, all round media girl Bonang
Matheba, hip hop star HHP as well as MTV Creative Director Tim
Horwood.
To all those going for auditions,
remember there’s only one Sizwe Dlomo, Fikile Moeti (Fix) or
Vanessa Mdee so just do you!
